We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Digital Tools Solutions Specialist (Vice President) (Contract Job Title: Vice President, Client Reporting/Performance Manager) to join our Fund & Investor Solutions team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Lead and deliver digital transformation initiatives, overseeing project planning, execution, and change management to enhance operational efficiency across Performance & Compliance teams (GRS).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical and business teams to design, implement, and integrate scalable digital solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and automation roadmaps.
  • Analyze and optimize business processes, translating business needs into clear functional and technical specifications, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement in operations, client experience, and business growth.
  • Manage stakeholder communications, prepare executive summaries and status reports, and coordinate project milestones to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Support testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews, while providing training, guidance, and mentorship to internal teams and clients for effective adoption of new technologies.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in digital tools and automation platforms, driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation.
  • Contribute to digital community initiatives at both local and global levels.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (minimum of 5 years in a similar area).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills (spoken and written English at minimum B2/C1 level).
  • Deep technical expertise in digital tools and automation platforms. Preferred: Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, UI Path.
  • Proven experience in leading strategic transformation programs at scale.
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
  • Strong analytical background with solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work with emerging technologies and adapt to new solutions as they evolve
