We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our Credit Services team. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee ongoing efforts to build out infrastructure for portfolio and asset management, and collateral valuation, across a book of asset backed loan commitments to Private Credit funds.
  • Day-to-day monitoring of the collateral pool, borrowing requests and portfolio data.
  • Participates in and evaluates loan commitments focused on asset backed loans to Private Credit funds.
  • Assist with draft terms sheets and credit documentation review.
  • Work with clients and agent banks on valuation and collateral pool modifications.
  • Help manage existing and new accounts across the book of business.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required, advanced degree is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in credit asset management or corporate and/or investment banking capacity, preferably related to Private Credit asset valuations or management
  • Excellent credit analysis and financial modelling skills.
  • Experience in reviewing, analyzing and negotiating credit documentation preferred.
  • Ability to communicate skillfully and effectively with involved stakeholders.
  • Robust analytical thinking, intellectual curiosity, and attentiveness to detail.
