Were seeking a future team member for the role of Full Stack Engineer to join our Wealth Services Engineering team. This role is located in Pune, India.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Design and implement enterprise-grade applications ensuring high availability, resiliency, and performance optimization.

  • Build and optimize data solutions on Mongo / MS SQL / Oracle, including schemas, data models, SQL objects, and performance tuning.

  • Develop Python components for data pipelines, orchestration, automation, and data quality checks.

  • Work closely with Product Owners and Scrum teams in an Agile Product-Oriented Model (POM) environment to define functional specifications and deliver next-generation products.

  • Conduct performance tuning, capacity planning, and resiliency testing for critical applications.

  • Provide application support, including troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents, and implementing fixes.

  • Drive end-to-end delivery across the SDLCrequirements refinement, solution design, coding, automated testing, CI/CD, deployment, and operational supportwith strong focus on performance and security.

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required 3-5 years of experience in software development required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
    Minimum 5+
    years of experience as Python or Java developer.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, Pentaho for backend scripting, ETL/ELT, data processing, and automation, SQL, data modeling, query optimization

  • Solid understanding of RDBMS and SQL fundamentals; ability to design and tune queries.

  • Understanding of compute/storage concepts and data warehousing.

  • Experience with source control (Git), code review, and agile delivery practices

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools.
