We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Investor Services Operations Representative (Supervisor) to join our Contact Centre team. This role is located in Dublin, Ireland

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day support for complex client funds, providing work direction and technical guidance to team members
  • Review junior staff work and engage regularly with clients/investors on operational inquiries
  • Assist the team manager with tasks or projects they delegate, train staff on team processes, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure various client SLA’s are met and monthly KPI’s are achieved.



To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Third level qualification is preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Broad Transfer Agency knowledge in dealing, contact centre, cash settlements, reconciliations or client service is required.
  • Must be capable of working as part of a team and also on own initiative
  • Proven people leadership skills. Able to lead, mentor and develop a high‐performing transfer agency operations team by allocating work effectively, coaching junior staff, and fostering a collaborative, client‐centric culture.
