We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is located in Pittsburgh.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Assists in the delivery of financial analytics and reporting to support Investments & Wealth business segment.
  • Performs analyses to support end to end processes within Finance including the support for the period close, analyses of performance such as forecasted period revenue and expenses against actual results, and metrics and scorecard reporting.
  • Assists in monitoring and reporting key financial metrics, including AUM/flows, fee income, expenses, organic growth, and margin.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and delivery; compiles and updates short term and long range forecasts gathering inputs and assumptions from multiple sources; analyze data trends, patterns and anomalies to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Provides trend analysis on financial data and operating performance. Interprets and summarizes findings.
  • Compiles financial information and conducts analysis for input into a variety of periodic financial reports.
  • Primarily responsible for the accuracy and quality of own work. Work contributes to the achievement of team goals.
  • Modified based upon local regulations/requirements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3-5 years of total work experience preferred
  • Experience in financial planning and analysis preferred.
  • Require strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Experience in data analytics/visualization tools would be a plus tools would be a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Dataiku).
