We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis to join our Global Finance - Corporate Controller Team. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Project Costing and Fixed Asset Maintenance Processes, Quarterly Expenditure Attestations (QEA), Work-In-Process (WIP) Understanding and analysis.
- WIP Reconciliation, Capital and Project Planning, Proposal, System Integration Reconciliation and Capitalization process.
- Accounting knowledge & experience pertaining to Fixed Assets, WIP Capitalization, Addition, Retirement, Inter Company transfers, use of Contra accounts for movements from WIP to Expense or vice versa.
- Coordination and assistance to the CAPEX team on maintenance requests and costing hygiene and accounting accuracy
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance/Accounting
- Master’s degree in finance/Accounting
- Strong accounting knowledge is a must, knowledge of capitalization, fixed assets accounting and project costing preferred. With 5-8 years of work experience
- Strong written and oral communications skills in English is required.
