Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Enablement to join our Liquidity and Financing team. This role is located in Lake Mary or New York.

In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Actively managing the implementation of multiple products and services within the Liquidity and Margin business lines, which includes defining delivery plans for diverse clients across the entire onboarding lifecycle

  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business objectives into engagement scopes and driving consensus across senior stakeholders to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Utilizing AI and automation capabilities to streamline client experiences, providing analytics to improve transaction processing systems, and participating in system testing for high-value transactions

  • Manage feedback from internal and external stakeholders which will be integrated into future processes to ensure continuous improvement

  • Track critical milestones, dependencies and risks across the delivery lifecycle, including identification, escalation and remediation of impediments across internal and external stakeholders

To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:

  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required

  • 3 to 5 years of banking experience

  • Client facing experience preferred

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure with a track record of delivering against deadlines

  • Team oriented with the ability to self-motivate

  • N/A People Management

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $58,000 and $124,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
