We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Middle Office II to join our Middle Office BOLT team. This role is located in Wroclaw, Poland.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Perform cash and/or trades and/or position reconciliation and/or,
  • Process cash payment related derivatives or FX settlement,
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries, requests and issues, meeting agreed SLAs,
  • Contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance team efficiency,
  • Research and resolve discrepancies between clients and brokers data and/or,
  • Perform process controls.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, science or similar,
  • 3-4 years of relevant experience with derivatives and/or FX,
  • Practical and theoretical derivatives knowledge (listed and/or OTC) and/or FX market,
  • Practical and theoretical knowledge and/or experience in reconciliation,
  • Ability to multi-task, work to deadlines and accommodate varying levels of volume and priorities with high level accuracy,
  • Advanced analytical & excel skills (VBA a plus),
  • Understanding risk and controls within operations,
  • Proficient in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
