We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Client Processing Associate II to join our Conventional Trust Platform. This role is located in Manchester, UK.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Apply intermediate problem-solving skills, experience, and judgment to analyze information.

  • Use communication skills to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.

  • Leverage a good understanding of broader BNY services and offerings.

  • Use knowledge of client issues and needs to contribute to business development efforts.

  • Participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience.

  • Recommend process improvements.

  • May be required to provide guidance and reviewing work of team members.

  • Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Good Communication Skills, confident using phone and MS teams.

  • Confident using MS Office e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.

  • Experience in using Digital Tools.
