BlackRock is hiring an Associate in Financial Crime focused on cash funds, digital assets, and tokenization based in Wilmington, Delaware. The role is part of the Compliance team and will help identify, assess and mitigate financial crime risks across cash fund operations and emerging asset classes, including AML, sanctions, transaction monitoring, client due diligence, and policy implementation. The Associate will collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement controls, conduct investigations, and support the development of compliance frameworks for new product initiatives.
