Berenberg is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for their Bank Management Technology department in Hamburg. The role involves working closely with business units to develop and enhance IT systems, with a specific focus on tax-related technological solutions and regulatory compliance.
As a Business Analyst in the Tax department, you will shape IT system development with stakeholders, proactively acting as a forward-thinker, consultant, and enabler. Primary responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, deriving user stories, independently managing topics and sub-projects, and developing solutions for complex tax-related technical challenges.
The ideal candidate must have a completed university degree or comparable qualification relevant to the position, with at least two years of professional experience in the Taxes environment. Strong expertise is required in IT project application development, preferably in agile project organizations. Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive experience implementing technical/regulatory tax requirements in IT projects and creating/modifying processes.
