As a Pension Administration Apprentice, you will be responsible for processing client pension payrolls, communicating with clients and members, preparing benefit calculations, arranging payments, liaising with tax offices, and preparing year-end returns. You will work closely with team members to support pension scheme operations and ensure accurate member information management.
The ideal candidate will have A-Level standard education with grades C or higher in at least two subjects, minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 4 (C) or equivalent including Maths and English. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Previous work experience in hospitality, retail, or volunteering can be beneficial.
