Required experience includes 3+ years of professional services experience, strong expertise in instructional design, computer-based learning development, content authoring software, and LMS/LXP platform management. Candidates need advanced design skills, particularly in creating audio/video assets, understanding design principles, and ability to work with various software platforms. Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
