We are looking for a driven and relationship-oriented professional who will take ownership of developing and strengthening our international network of medical and non-medical providers across the CEE region. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the network strategy, optimizing costs, and enhancing service quality, while building strong partnerships and collaborating with diverse teams across AXA. This is a great opportunity to make a visible impact on business performance, drive innovation in supplier management, and contribute to delivering excellent customer experience. What youll be doing: Manage and develop the international network of medical and non-medical providers across CEE Identify and onboard new suppliers, lead tenders, and conduct audits Build strong relationships with providers and internal stakeholders Monitor provider performance (quality, NPS, compliance) and drive improvements Optimize costs and identify efficiency opportunities Support contract negotiations and ensure proper documentation Collaborate across teams and participate in projects and process improvements Resolve supplier-related issues and escalations What youll bring: Minimum secondary education English (C1) and Czech or Polish (C1) Strong communication and negotiation skills Good organizational skills and business mindset Proactive, reliable, and able to work under pressure Willingness to travel Experience in network management or assistance is an advantage What we offer: At AXA Partners, were appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
