As a Supervisor, you will play a central role in supporting our Polish travel team in challenging situations, while helping to stabilize, improve, and optimize the processes that define how our team operates. Were looking for someone who is ready to take responsibility, motivate others, and drive continuous improvement. What youll be doing: Monitoring workload and actively participating in improving work quality Providing regular feedback to team members Recruiting and managing new team members Organizing regular team meetings and fostering a positive atmosphere Adjusting schedules to meet platform needs Cooperating with internal trainers and methodologists Coordinating and evaluating quarterly targets Acting in accordance with AXA Partners values Cooperation with other internal teams, business partners, and providers Representing AXA externally Responsible for compliance with legislation and business standards Part of audit controls and fraud prevention What youll bring: Minimum secondary education Polish language at a native level Good command of English (minimum level B2) Advanced MS Office and PC skills Excellent communication skills Customer orientation and empathy Responsibility and reliability Stress resistance Good leadership skills Ability to make quick decisions Ability to motivate others What we offer: At AXA Partners, were appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
