Responsibilities: Handle precertification in an efficient, professional and timely manner Maintain good relationship with provider and hospitals Conduct case management on regular basis Monitor provider performance (check daily log from provider network) Good communication and negotiation skills Render professional opinion on medical aspects of cases Review customer feedback and liaise with various parties for solutions Qualifications: University degree in medical related field At least 2-3 years medical services experience in pre-approval Experience in customer service or insurance industries an advantage Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin a plus Energetic, detailed-oriented, good judgment and problem solving skills Good leadership skills, able to multi-tasks, good interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure Good working computer skills word, excel, PowerPoint About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
