Responsibilities: Prepare daily sales reports for High Net Worth (HNW) segment. Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including financial dashboards, Monthly Business Review, and other reports. Develop and maintain monthly campaign tracking reports and expense overrun analysis. Support the design and development of automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of HNW reporting processes. Prepare sales analysis and commentaries. Monitor sales trends and identify gaps in performance relative to set targets. Contribute to the Strategic Planning by assisting in financial projections and quarterly forecasting. Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as required. Qualifications: Professional qualification in accounting, finance or business administration. At least three years of experience gained in insurance background preferred. Student member / finalist of accounting professional bodies preferred. Experience in managing financial control, reporting, and management information systems; proficiency in Power BI (PBI) is a plus. Strong analytical skills and communication skills with a proven ability to share simple yet accurate messages. Fluent in English and Cantonese.
