Full Job Description

In this hybrid role, youll be responsible for identifying, engaging, nurturing and recruiting talent across diverse markets. Working within a distributed recruitment model, youll collaborate closely with fellow recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic hiring needs in multiple regions. What youll be doing: Sourcing & Recruiting: Identify and engage qualified candidates using advanced techniques, creating pipelines to meet current and future needs. Partnership & Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and managers to understand needs, align with objectives, and share market insights. Candidate Experience: Effectively manage candidate relationships, ensure proper qualification, and promote diversity throughout the process. Process & Tools: Utilise and optimise sourcing tools, track performance, and adopt technological innovations to improve search methods. What youll bring: Experience in a recruiting, sourcing or talent research role, preferably within an in-house or RPO environment. Experience sourcing across different geographies, ideally within a globally distributed team. Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and talent CRM platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to engage candidates professionally and persuasively. Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Passion for talent acquisition and a curiosity for global talent trends and markets. Fluent in Czech, English and German and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Polish would be a plus. Familiarity with diversity sourcing best practices and inclusive hiring principles.
