Overview This role supports the implementation of performance management processes to build a highperformance culture and strong organizational values. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining organizational structures and job descriptions in line with business and organizational changes. Additionally, this position plays a key role in reviewing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Responsibilities Manage endtoend management of job descriptions and organizational structure by collaborating with HR Business Partners and functional leaders to ensure continuous alignment with organizational changes and business objectives. Manage endtoend performance management process by coordinating with the Strategy Performance team and HR Business Partners to set SMART business goals, facilitate goal setting through yearend review cycles, monitor completion progress, and provide timely reporting and action plans as required. Support the direct superior in driving continuous organizational improvements by identifying efficiency and effectiveness opportunities, implementing organization effectiveness interventions, staying informed on relevant trends, and supporting human capitalrelated project initiatives. support direct superior in creating new and/or modify existing policy & procedures in alignment with organizational requirements and AXA Group standards. Requirements Min. Bachelors degree in Psychology or any related education background Min. 2 years working experience in HR OD or related HR field
