Responsibilities: Performance & Operational Improvement: Assist in designing and implementing performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals. Support the development and monitoring of KPIs and dashboards to track operational performance. Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities for operational innovations and process enhancements. Data Reporting & Analysis: Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and develop tailored reporting solutions. Generate detailed operational reports using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Conduct in-depth analysis of turnaround time (TAT) and other key performance indicators in claims, underwriting and policy administration. Dashboard & Visualization: Collaborate with business users and senior management to understand their reporting and visualization requirements. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve timeliness. Data Migration & Transformation: Perform data migration and transformation tasks in Databricks using programming languages such as Python. Extract, clean, and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and readiness for reporting and analytics. Ensure accurate and timely daily data refreshment and onboarding on COO datamart platform. Additional Responsibilities: Get involved in operational projects such as the "Claims Program," which includes a series of improvement initiatives aimed at supporting the Life Claims team. This involves reviewing current process flows, leveraging AI solutions to reduce manual work, and enhancing accuracy and turnaround times. Support change management initiatives related to new processes and tools. Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation for stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field; a Masters degree is a plus. Proven experience in data migration, transformation, reporting, and analytics. Proficiency in Python, SQL, Power BI, and data management tools. Experience with Databricks, SSMS, and data visualization best practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
