Job overview: Join AXA as a People Project Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract, acting as an HR consultant with expertise in organisation design and project delivery. You'll support our People strategy by coaching leaders, analysing data, and driving transformation through projects like restructures, culture, and TUPE. Collaborating with stakeholders, you'll develop practical solutions that add value. This role is ideal for an OD Project Consultant seeking their next career step. Key responsibilities: Work alongside Strategic People Partners, People Transformation team and business stakeholders to scope, design and manage project delivery. Support, design and deliver effective organisation designs that add value to the business, our colleagues and our customers. Responsible for effective project controls and procedures within given initiatives. Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organisation, produce and deliver presentation packs and business cases for key stakeholders to support projects. Provide regular feedback on progress, milestones and blockers for the Strategic Partners, People Transformation team and key stakeholders so they're fully engaged in outcomes and progression of projects. Deliver project communications such as training Managers on delivery of communications for change related initiatives, ensuring quality and consistency of messaging. Provide expert advice and guidance on organisation design, people policies, processes and procedures relating to project delivery. Analyse and utilise HR MI to provide data driven solutions and strategies. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Effective stakeholder management skills, excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills is essential. Well organised, pragmatic and calm in time pressured situations.
