Responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end execution of seasonal, festive and product launch customer campaigns Work closely with product team, operations, legal and compliance, actuarial and technical teams etc. to support campaign delivery Leverage data, automation and AI tools to improve campaign execution Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis Coordinate all campaign communications across various platforms and produce sales enablement materials Organize and roll out customer engagement events and lead generation programs Ensure all campaigns comply with local laws and regulatory requirements Qualifications: Min. 5 years of experience in cross-functional campaign management, experience in event management is preferred Strong project management skills, able to manage complex timelines and multiple campaigns Sound interpersonal skills and communication skills Attention to details with analytical mindset, with ability to interpret data Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI and Tableau is a plus Excellent command of written and verbal English and Chinese About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
