Youll turn emerging insight and innovation into a clear prioritised proposition pipeline. Youll own horizon scanning across customer needs, market and competitor activity, healthcare innovation and technology, translating these signals into clear proposition strategy and prioritised innovation pipeline. Acting as the strategic engine of the Proposition function, youll advise where AXA Health should focus and how propositions should evolve to support sustainable growth, differentiation and strong customer outcomes. Key responsibilities: Lead development and ongoing evolution of the Proposition strategy, aligned to AXA Health and departmental objectives. Define clear strategic themes, targeting customer needs and areas of focus for proposition development. Challenge existing propositions with forward looking insight and evidence. Own management information (MI) requirements for business cases and proposition strategy, ensuring the right insights are available to drive the strategy and support prioritised pipeline management. Scan and synthesise insights across customer behaviour and unmet needs, market and competitor propositions, regulatory and policy developments, healthcare delivery, clinical innovation and technology trends. Translate emerging trends into credible proposition concepts and hypotheses. Identify early signals of risk and opportunity that could materially impact propositions. Discover and shape innovation opportunities across products, services, care models and partnerships. Work collaboratively with Distribution & Strategic Marketing to craft market position statements in relation to proposition strategy. Work arrangements: At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least two days a week (40%) away from home, moving to three days a week (60%) in the future. Away from home means attending the office, visiting clients or attending industry events. Your skills & experience: Senior experience in propositions, strategy, innovation, product or market insight within health insurance, healthcare or regulated financial services is essential. Proven track record of developing and influencing business strategy is needed. Experience shaping innovation pipelines, roadmaps or portfolios. Strong understanding of regulated environments and customer outcome expectations. Strategic thinker with the ability to synthesise complex signals into clear direction. Commercial and customer judgement. Excellent storytelling and communication skills, able to influence senior stakeholders. Comfortable operating with ambiguity and early stage concepts.
