Job ID 2026-20275 Main Purpose of the Job The role will lead a team of Solutions Architects. Primary responsibility is to align business plans and IT strategy. The role will ensure that the IT landscape meets the goals of the business while ensuring proper Architecture Governance is in place. The role will help support the enterprise target operating model transformation. Defining the future state and roadmap. Ensure the team designs and delivers technical, data, integration, and application architecture solutions per project or business domain. Provide expertise and innovative solutions to architecture issues and support to business and operational initiatives. Key Accountabilities Oversee the definition and implementation of technology strategy which aligns with existing local, regional, and global strategy. Work with IT and business stakeholders to define the future state architecture of business domains. Ensure proper design and execution of solutions from an overall solutions architecture perspective. Ensure alignment of the design to the project requirement to meet the stakeholder needs and strategy. Communicate technical architecture design, options and risks to ensure all stakeholders are well-informed and updated on all matters Keep architecture artifacts such as application portfolio updated Run local architecture review board and present in regional architecture review board to ensure projects are aligned to architecture standards Key Stakeholders Transformation and Technology Office of the President (Strategy and PMO) Finance GI, Life, Health, EC Business Distribution Customer Strategy and Experience Operations Experience & Qualifications 3+ years experience in enterprise architecture 10+ years experience in IT across at least 2 disciplines (operations, development, solution architecture, project management) People management skills Excellent communication (written and verbal); availability to thrive in a fast paced, rapid changing environment High level understanding of the other technology domains such as: Data (data warehousing, ETL, data visualization) Cloud and Infra Integration and API management Information security Experience in the Insurance or Banking industry is preferred At AXA, each person matters.
