Responsibilities: Support the team with preparing quotations, policy documents, and basic data entry Assist in policy issuance, digital filing, and general administrative tasks Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Claims, Finance) to ensure smooth processes Handle simple enquiries from brokers and clients Help prepare reports and presentation materials Qualifications: Diploma or Associate degree or above (any discipline; Business, Insurance, Logistics, or Maritime Studies preferred) 12 years of experience in insurance operations, or admin.
