Full Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague to join our Middle Office team, responsible for setting up and completing claim cases before they are passed on to claims handlers for settlement. What youll be doing: Processing travel insurance claims, including their registration in internal systems Communication with clients, including sorting and forwarding emails and requests to claims handlers Administrative tasks related to claims processing (handling correspondence, compiling documentation, working with databases) Cooperating with claims handlers and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient claims handling Processing payments to service providers and maintaining ongoing communication with them What youll bring: Native-level proficiency in Czech Communicative level of English (B2) Secondary or higher education Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel) A proactive and independent approach to task resolution with the ability to prioritize Good organizational and communication skills A strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to deliver high-quality customer service Knowledge of an additional foreign language is an advantage What we offer: At AXA Partners, were appreciative of the people who work for us and our rewards package is reviewed regularly to reflect that.
