About the job Job purpose Are you passionate about technology and looking to kickstart your career in a world-leading insurance company? AXA Group Operations is offering an exciting opportunity for young, dynamic individual to join our IT Partnership team as an intern. Main missions Your responsibilities include: Working closely with the IT Account Management Officer and the respective GO IT product team to support the generation of monthly reports. Supporting the Account Management Officer in monitoring QOS/SLAs, incidents, and delivery performance; coordinating with delivery teams to prevent SLA breaches. Developing knowledge and learning about AXA products through company-sponsored training and hands-on experience. Contributing to an environment that encourages information sharing, team-based resolution activities, cross-training, and a strong focus on efficiently serving customers. Expected skills & experience We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills: Hard Skills: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and others) Soft Skills: Strong understanding of IT Service Delivery activities and track record in project / program delivery Good English communication level, good communication and presentation skills Having a demonstrated drive for continual learning Ability to work in multi-cultural teams and achieving results in a matrix organization Background: Pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related fields.
