AQR is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join its Compliance Reporting team to prepare timely, accurate responses to RFPs, DDQs and ad-hoc client information requests across multiple investment strategies. The role involves maintaining the firm's centralized content library, coordinating with Compliance, Legal, Business Development, Risk and other internal teams to source and verify responses, and tracking a high volume of requests to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met. Strong writing, editing, project management and organizational skills are required; 2–4 years of related experience in financial services or investment management is preferred.
