Aon is seeking an experienced Senior Insurance Manager for its Guernsey team to lead client service excellence in captive insurance. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving strategic objectives while offering opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic insurance environment.
The primary responsibilities of this role include leading client service excellence, managing client regulatory and legal compliance, directing departmental staff towards business goals, and developing strategic and operational planning for the servicing team. The role involves assisting in RfP responses, program design, new business onboarding, and ensuring operational efficiency.
Required experience includes an ACII qualification (or working towards), extensive general insurance experience, strong technical insurance knowledge, proven leadership and team management skills, and preferably previous experience in the captive insurance industry. Candidates should demonstrate a commitment to client service excellence, continuous personal development, and have supervisory experience.
