Job description
Aon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Mid Market region in North-East Netherlands. The role involves advising clients in the mid-market segment (up to €75 million revenue) on damage and income insurance, and risk management services. The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio in sectors like logistics, construction, and trade, providing expert, tailored advice to help clients make better decisions.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will maximize your client portfolio by delivering high-quality service. You will collaborate closely with an internal account manager to manage and expand the portfolio, focusing on relationship management and acquiring new clients. Your key responsibilities include comprehensively mapping client risk profiles, developing customized account plans, and providing expert solutions in damage and income insurance, consulting services, and risk management.
The role requires a candidate with HBO work and thinking level, WFT diploma (Basis, Business Damage and Income), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role in the insurance sector. You should be both an internal and external valuable sparring partner, capable of understanding underlying client needs, identifying commercial opportunities, and translating complex agreements into clear account plans.
Aon offers a competitive compensation package ranging from €4,500 to €6,000 per month, with a flexible salary component of 19.21%. The role follows a Smart Working model with a hybrid work environment, allowing flexibility between working from home, office, or other locations.
