As a graduate in the Aon Assessment Solutions Team, you will work closely with diverse mentors to develop assessment knowledge and consultancy skills. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting clients with online psychometric assessment tools, helping organizations attract, select, and manage their teams effectively.
Candidates must have an MSc in Occupational Psychology or a related field, with a 2.1 or above undergraduate degree. Essential skills include a strong understanding of psychometrics, interest in online assessment technologies, commercial awareness, curiosity, and strong attention to detail. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis is also crucial.
