Aon is seeking a Senior Account Manager for the Mid Market segment in the North-East Netherlands region. The role involves advising clients in the mid-market sector (up to €75 million revenue) on damage and income insurance and risk management services, with a focus on sectors like logistics, construction, and trade.
Primary responsibilities include managing a customer portfolio in the mid-market segment, providing comprehensive insurance and risk management solutions. The role involves closely collaborating with internal account managers, developing and expanding the portfolio through relationship management and new client acquisition. The account manager will map out client risk profiles and develop tailored insurance and consulting solutions.
Required experience includes a HBO work and thinking level, WFT diploma in Basic, Business Damage, and Income insurance (Assurantie A is a plus), and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial role in the insurance sector. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, the ability to understand complex client needs, and expertise in translating client requirements into comprehensive insurance solutions.
