Aon is seeking an experienced Data Architect to drive the Reporting & Business Intelligence architecture strategy for their Commercial Risk Solutions ecosystem. The role involves defining data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting global reporting capabilities with a focus on delivering strategic data solutions.
The primary responsibilities include engaging with country-level Finance and Operational teams to understand reporting needs, collaborating with Product Managers to refine global reporting capabilities, defining data flows and models, and supporting cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-quality data integration and reporting solutions.
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Data Engineering/Architecture, with strong proficiency in relational databases, data warehousing technologies, SQL, Python, and cloud services. Required skills include database normalization, data model design, understanding of enterprise data standards, and experience with Azure cloud services and Agile methodologies.
