Job description
Aon is seeking an experienced Client Director for their Real Estate practice, offering an exciting opportunity to join a growing team. The role involves managing client relationships, leading service teams, and developing business in the real estate insurance sector, with a hybrid working model.
As a Client Director, your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining comprehensive client relationships, leading client service teams to deliver exceptional outcomes, managing stakeholders, overseeing broking and carrier marketing, and developing strategic client service plans to meet business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have substantial real estate or property ownership experience, strong technical knowledge across insurance classes, leadership capabilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proven client management expertise, and the ability to develop business and grow existing revenue streams.
