Aon is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Developer in Rotterdam, responsible for generating new business and expanding existing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, a deep understanding of risk management and insurance solutions, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Primary responsibilities include developing and implementing commercial strategies, creating new business opportunities with both new and existing clients, increasing profitable revenue, and creating customer value through strategic stakeholder management and consistent strategic conversations.
Required experience includes a completed HBO/WO education, demonstrable relevant work experience in insurance or intermediary sectors, Wft diplomas in basis, damage, income, and care, strong commercial insight, ability to identify and develop propositions, exceptional relationship management skills, and a structured approach to work.
