Department purpose
Our global financial markets department specialises in international capital markets work including securities law and capital markets regulation and stock exchange listings, as well as asset backed structures. You will join a dynamic team advising amongst others investment banks, alternative investment funds, international commercial banks, governments and public entities requiring advanced legal advice for complex operations.

Role purpose
A six-month internship in our global financial markets department starting in June 2026 which is covered by an internship agreement.

Key requirements

  • You are currently preparing for a master in law, LL.M or preparing a bar in any European jurisdiction.

  • You are fluent in French and English and have good writing skills in both languages.

  • You have a strong knowledge in banking and finance law.
