We are currently building a leading consultant panel with expertise in derivatives and structured finance. If you are a highly-skilled and self-driven lawyer with top tier technical experience in the following areas we are keen to hear from you:
  • OTC transactional and advisory work
  • Securitisations (synthetic and cash)
  • Regulatory developments
  • Structured equity financing/corporate equity derivatives
  • Structured credit transactions
  • Structured commodities

Key requirements
  • A right to work and reside in Singapore
  • Qualification to practice in at least one of England & Wales, the United States, Hong Kong, Singapore or Australia

  • A minimum of four years' post-qualification experience at a top tier law firm in this field
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience, ideally with some Asian experience

  • Adept at leading or working within complex multi-functional, multi-national project environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface at all levels, building strong relationships internally and externally
