The ideal candidate must have 5-6 years of M&A experience, with at least 3 years of specific Financial Institutions Group experience. Strong technical skills in financial modeling, deal execution, and financial analysis are essential. Candidates should have excellent financial knowledge, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strong communication skills in both English and Greek.
