Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the Banking Center and ATM business, as well as the drive to learn and grow in the Production Support organization.

• Communication skills across all levels

• ability to understand technical documentation and basic system workflow are also important.

• Ability to lead and perform under pressure.

• Understanding of Network configuration - wireless and wired

• Strong reporting and documentation skills including experience in Microsoft Visio Production

• Support experience Knowledge of Remedy ITSM
