Full Job Description
THE WORK:
Youll integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
Youll generate summary and lookahead schedules, key milestones, and baseline variance reports.
Youll coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
Youll ensure adherence to Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), global codes, and templates.
Youll publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
Youll integrate Primavera P6 data with other platforms, such as K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
Youll support change management processes and perform routine QA/QC checks on schedules.
Youll provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.
Youll attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
