Your key responsibilities

 

  • Proactively anticipates service issues before they occur and able to make recommendations around resolution.
  • Proactively monitor and manage service specific components.
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple technical challenges from multiple services and projects simultaneously
  • Evaluate recommendations provided for service improvements, with the ability to identify any gaps or alternate solutions.
  • Proactively anticipate service issues before they occur and drive suggested changes to execution.

 

 

Skills and attributes for success

 

  • Expert knowledge in Incident management, Service requests, Change requests and ServiceNow.
  • Good support knowledge and experience in providing 24/7 support.
  • Experience with source control involving Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
  • Experience and demonstrable knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies.
  • At least 7+ years of total IT experience with 4+ years of experience in relevant technologies
  • Ability to understand and analyze business requirements by working with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on both Agile and Waterfall projects.
  • Good knowledge on PowerShell scripting and automation experience using scripts.
  • Copilot or Agentic AI experience.
