YOUR ROLE
Every start-up team brings together a range of experiences and skillsets from multiple backgrounds. As a Designer, you are here to bring together strategic design thinking and excellent execution to every project, from early-stage idea generation to detailed digital design.
Within this role, you will:
Work in partnership with the team to develop new ideas that deliver against key strategic objectives
Map existing customer journeys to identify key pain points and areas of opportunity
Plan, conduct and synthesise customer and category design research
Lead client conversations within your design specialism, bringing them into the creative process and providing articulate recommendations
Use design to create clarity and enhance the story, presentation or proposition bringing creativity into every part of the process, from creative writing to pitch videos
Mock-up wireframes and user flows to create interactive prototypes to bring the concept to life for customers and clients
Design top-end and functional UI, including components ready for development and launch
Mentor and coach interns through their day-to-day project work and overall growth journey
