Provider Enrollment Escalation Support Senior Analyst, L10

The Escalation Support Senior Analyst must:
Process and respond to State Action Requests (SARs) received from the State for Provider Enrollment as assigned within the specified due dates; escalate to leadership as necessary.
Submit informational or directional requests on behalf of Provider Enrollment (PE) as Vendor Initiated Correspondence (VICs), to State staff regarding enrollment issues, clarification, or any other item that requires State notification or direction.
Review, re-assign, and process 100% of assigned applications utilizing documented work instructions within the specified due dates, including but not limited to, denied applications, informal desk review (IDR) requests, and IDR requests returned from the State with a final decision.
Interact professionally with providers, internal and State staff to provide appropriate and timely responses to inquiries, concerns, or assistance regarding provider enrollment and/or file maintenance for the Texas State Health-Care Programs.
Manage and monitor SAR Coordinator inventory and deliverables to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
Adhere to the highest quality standards on all worked performed.
Act as PE Subject Matter Expert (SME) for audit requests.
Coordinate modifications to PE reporting deliverables as needed.
Make recommendations to management to improve efficiency and effectiveness of current manual processes through systemic modifications
Maintain strict confidentiality of information and job files as dictated by current HIPAA requirements
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
