As a central counterparty, the organization acts as an intermediary between clients and exchangesbecoming the buyer to every seller and the seller to every buyerthereby managing and mitigating transaction risk. The firm processes around 18 million transactions daily for professional traders, investment managers, and large corporates worldwide.Working at ABN AMRO Clearing means operating in an international, fast-paced, and IT-driven environment with a professional yet informal culture. You will be part of one of the Product Grid blocks, within a multidisciplinary team of 12-13 professionals. The team is responsible for developing, running, and maintaining the platforms and software that support ABN AMRO Clearings core services.

Your profile

You are drawn to global financial markets, analytically strong, and energized by  - technological - innovation. You are results-driven, eager to learn, and thrive in an international setting.

In addition, you bring:

• Academic (university) level of thinking and working
• ~10 years of relevant experience, including process or functional management, and at least 5 years in IT services
• Proven experience in project management, process improvement, change management, and stakeholder management in complex organizations
• Knowledge of financial services (preferably in investing/securities), along with Agile, DevOps, and Lean ways of working
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure, back-end systems, platforms, applications, outsourcing, service management, software development, and APIs

• An attractive gross monthly salary (min. Eur. 7.048 max Eur. 10.068) based on a 36 hour work week, including holiday allowance and a flexible benefit budget. A 40 hour work is also possible.
