Were looking for a Senior Implementation Manager who is passionate about the Wise mission money without borders. Youll be a part of the Wise Platform team, leading the most impactful projects and programmes of work in order to expand our growing list of global partners, helping us surpass our goals and deliver world class payment service solutions to our clients and their customers across the EMEA region. 

Weve launched partnerships with the likes of Morgan Stanley,  Google Pay, Nubank, Qonto, N26, Monzo, Aspire and Mandiri and today have 70+ global banks and platforms connected and powered by Wise Platform.

We are looking for a Senior Implementation/Program Manager to join our team in London and play a crucial role in growing Wise Platform by leading our highest impact client integration projects. Youll be helping achieve our regional growth targets while working closely with our Solutions Engineering, Product, Compliance, Operational and Sales teams to deliver projects efficiently and to a high standard.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading complex implementation projects with the worlds biggest banks and businesses. From kick off to launch, you will leverage strong programme management experience to deliver on time, high quality integrations. 

Across markets you will lead projects to implement both new and existing solutions with our clients, managing risks and overcoming blockers along the way with in-depth problem solving and strong influencing skills. You should be equally comfortable in both a commercial and technical environment, winning trust from internal and external stakeholders across a range of seniorities and functions. 

This role is ideal for an established project or programme manager with client facing experience and a track record of delivering complex programs of work in financial services, particularly in the tech and payments sectors.

Your mission:

• Leverage project governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, communications and accountability, while identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Lead complex implementation projects for major banks and businesses, leading the client from kick-off to launch while ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.

• Overcome project blockers with strong problem-solving and influencing skills, working in both business and technical contexts, and building trust with diverse stakeholders.

• Use governance expertise to manage scope, timelines, and accountability, while identifying risks, solving challenges, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

• Identify, track and Manage delivery risks for dealsincluding project, financial, compliance, and reputationalensuring robust mitigation plans are in place.

• Build and nurture excellent relationships with partners, ensure they love the experience we offer them

• Confidently explain financial technology solutions and lead process improvements to enhance project scalability and efficiency

• This role will give you the opportunity to:
