We’re looking for a Midweight Creative Designer (Performance Marketing) to join our Brand and Creative team in London. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our in-house agency create impactful, recognisable and effective marketing content. Helping Wise reach millions of existing and potential customers around the world.

The ideal candidate is an energetic, passionate self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in similar in-house teams or branding agencies, and strong communication skills with both peers and stakeholders. As a Midweight Designer in this role, you’ll take ownership of creating and iterating performance-driven content for our Performance Marketing channels. You’ll work closely with the team to improve key metrics while ensuring our brand remains consistent, recognisable, and trusted worldwide. Your work will help drive engagement, awareness, and growth across all paid media touchpoints, and
you’ll play an active role in shaping how our brand shows up to millions of
people globally.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing within the Brand and Creative team:

  • Designing visually engaging assets for paid display and paid social channels, including static and motion graphics, that elevate that strengthen our brand and connect with our audience.

  • You will take full ownership of creating on-brand designs for our performance marketing projects, leading the work from start to finish while collaborating with marketing teams and presenting results to stakeholders.

  • Work on large-scale projects across multiple formats and markets, including concept, creative, production, versioning, and localisation, while being organised and maintaining clear communication.

  • Gather design inspiration, staying on top of trends, and build moodboards, storyboards, and concept presentations to bring creative ideas to life.

  • Apply a strategic approach to Performance marketing design, making choices that boost engagement, tell our brand story, and build community.

  • Having a strong point of view on social marketing trends and culture.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

You are comfortable leading projects, staying organised, and managing your time. You have experience producing digital ads for Meta, YouTube, Google App, and similar platforms.

  • You are curious: You ask questions. You don’t just take a brief at face value; you want to understand the context and are eager to learn from those around you.

  • You are resilient and open: You view feedback as a learning tool, not criticism. You respond constructively and use guidance to improve your technical execution.

  • You are a self-starter: While you appreciate guidance, you have a hunger to tackle creative challenges and the assertiveness to manage your own time on projects.

\nThe Brand and Creative team is made up of 25+ designers, motion designers, copywriters, and strategists based in London and Singapore. Our mission is to bring Wise’s story to life with clarity and creative excellence across every touchpoint. We work to ensure Wise is recognised and trusted worldwide, helping people and businesses move money faster, cheaper, and more transparently.

As a Midweight Designer in this role, you’ll take ownership of creating and iterating performance-driven content for our Performance Marketing channels. You’ll work closely with the team to improve key metrics while ensuring our brand remains consistent, recognisable, and trusted worldwide. Your work will help drive engagement, awareness, and growth across all paid media touchpoints, and
\nyou’ll play an active role in shaping how our brand shows up to millions of
\npeople globally.

\nHere’s how you’ll be contributing within the Brand and Creative team:

  • Designing visually engaging assets for paid display and paid social channels, including static and motion graphics, that elevate that strengthen our brand and connect with our audience.

  • You will take full ownership of creating on-brand designs for our performance marketing projects, leading the work from start to finish while collaborating with marketing teams and presenting results to stakeholders.

  • Work on large-scale projects across multiple formats and markets, including concept, creative, production, versioning, and localisation, while being organised and maintaining clear communication.

  • Gather design inspiration, staying on top of trends, and build moodboards, storyboards, and concept presentations to bring creative ideas to life.

  • Apply a strategic approach to Performance marketing design, making choices that boost engagement, tell our brand story, and build community.

  • Having a strong point of view on social marketing trends and culture.

This role will give you the opportunity to:

Qualifications

  • You have strong fundamentals: You have strong experience in Performance marketing campaigns and digital advertisements across multiple platforms. You understand different formats and can create scalable design solutions and templates using tools (like: Bannerflow). You are comfortable leading projects, staying organised, and managing your time. You have experience producing digital ads for Meta, YouTube, Google App, and similar platforms.

  • You are curious: You ask questions. You don’t just take a brief at face value; you want to understand the context and are eager to learn from those around you.

  • You are resilient and open: You view feedback as a learning tool, not criticism. You respond constructively and use guidance to improve your technical execution.

  • You are a self-starter: While you appreciate guidance, you have a hunger to tackle creative challenges and the assertiveness to manage your own time on projects.

  • Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with Bannerflow, Jitter, AI tools, After Effects, and 3D is a plus
