About this role:

We are seeking a Finance Executive to serve as the Chief Financial Officer for the Wells Fargo Credit Card Business. This executive will provide strategic financial leadership to the Head of Credit Card and partner with senior leaders to drive performance, optimize operations, and support long-term growth.

As the CFO for Credit Card, you will:

  • Provide strategic finance leadership to the Head of Credit Card.
  • Provide financial leadership during the strategic planning process.
  • Lead annual budget, monthly forecast, and actuals variance analysis.
  • Lead LOB Monthly Business Review deck process follow-ups, agenda, content, packaging.
  • Responsible for core business metric reporting development in support of Credit Card
  • Provide Finance support to senior Credit Card leadership in support of workforce and growth strategies.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and risk management practices.
  • Collaborate with enterprise finance teams and other business units to align on priorities and share best practices.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team


Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Finance experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 4+ years of Management experience


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or a global systemically important bank (GSIB).
  • Prior CFO experience supporting a Credit Card organization.
  • Deep understanding of Credit Card and Credit Card operations.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to present to C-suite leaders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Track record of driving large-scale transformation and change.
  • Commitment to ethical leadership and fostering an inclusive culture.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$290,000.00 - $500,000.00
