**Senior HR Service Delivery Representative - HR Operations (APAC/EMEA)** Wells Fargo seeks an experienced Senior HR Service Delivery Representative to support HR operations across APAC and EMEA regions. About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior HR Service Delivery Representative HR Operations (APAC/EMEA).
In this role, you will:
- Support service delivery of HR products and processes across one or more functional areas within HR that may be related to, but not limited to, one or more HR functional areas such as: Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, pay, benefits, incentive plan administration, HRIS and records management, leave of absence, employee and labor relations, HR compliance
- Support performance of less experienced staff and overall effectiveness of team; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools within one or more functional areas within HR
- Perform complex administrative, transactional, operational, or customer support tasks
- Be responsible for complex operational tasks that may include, but not limited to records management, report generation, and other transactions across internal human resources information systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and/or other specialized tools within other HR areas like recruitment, incentive administration, etc
- Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to less experienced staff
- Interact with immediate team, internal or external customers, and internal peers outside of work group on wide range of information
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Human Resources operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Workday and ServiceNow is essential
- Demonstrated experience in a HR operational role within a highly matrixed and fast-paced organization
- Understanding of records management and retention
- An understanding of employment law across international locations
- Experience working in financial services industry preferred but not required
- Experience working with outsourced teams
- Proficient in MS office with advanced Excel skills an advantage
- Organized, with the ability to manage and prioritize a diverse workload and meet set deadlines, SLAs and targets
- Excellent attention to detail, with a logical approach to work
- Risk and controls mindset
- Positive attitude with a can-do approach
Job Expectations:
- Manage queries from initial contact through to closure, managing expectations throughout and ensuring an exceptional client service
- Manage daily operational activities, including but not limited to: job changes, new hire and termination process, leave of absence, requests for employee data, and document management
- Monitor and track information including probations, fixed-term contracts, visa expiration, and flexible working agreements
- Resolution of escalated issues using system knowledge and engagement with relevant teams
- Customer-focused: following up with managers to ensure completion of activities within required timeline
- Partner with the Global Mobility team with expatriate relocation administration and system updates
- Liaise with the payroll team to ensure all payment and amendments run smoothly and on time
- Actively participate in process improvement discussions and taking responsibility for implementing changes, with the employee experience at the forefront of mind
- Procedure review and documentation
- Supporting a variety of HR projects or initiative
- Shift Timings - 1:30PM to 10:30 PM IST
