Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant as part of the Commercial Bank. This role provides advanced administrative and operational support to leaders and teams, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business through strong organization, judgment, and subject matter expertise. In this role, you will:
- Provide highlevel administrative support to multiple Commercial Banking leaders, demonstrating strong prioritization, organization, discretion, and independent judgment.
- Enhance team performance and operational effectiveness by managing administrative tasks that support client relationship management, portfolio activities, and daytoday business workflows.
- Support senior and experienced leaders with complex administrative needs, while engaging with executives and crossfunctional partners across the Commercial Bank as required.
- Deliver professional, proactive administrative support, balancing advanced daytoday responsibilities with ad hoc requests, project coordination, meeting preparation, deliverable tracking, and routine reporting.
- Execute complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customersupport tasks with accuracy and independent decisionmaking, ensuring alignment with Commercial Banking processes and controls
- Provide administrative oversight and support for managers, including preparing reports, maintaining customer and credit documentation, and organizing businesscritical materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Administrative Assistant team, internal partners, and functional groups to coordinate routine and nonroutine administrative activities.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting multiple leaders or senior leaders within Commercial Banking or a financial services environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision and a high degree of professionalism
- Demonstrated experience handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with expense management, reporting, and internal business systems
