About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager to join our Enterprise Product and Pricing team, part of Core Banking Modernization within Consumer, Business, and Lending. As a critical product leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Wells Fargos core banking platforms as we modernize and streamline our financial product ecosystem.
In this role, you will partner closely with fellow product managers and crossfunctional teams to deliver enterprise product strategies and initiatives that maximize customer and business value. You will bring a deep understanding of customer needs and business challengesalong with strong strategic, analytical, and research skillsto define, discover, and deliver meaningful product outcomes.

In this role, you will:
Partner with product managers, key stakeholders, and technology teams to drive the development and execution of complex product initiatives with enterprisewide consumer impact
Serve as a key contributor in largescale product planning, aligning strategy, roadmaps, and delivery outcomes
Review, assess, and shape complex product strategies across functionality, customer experience, and platform capabilities
Influence product strategy for the business line through indepth evaluation of multiple factors, including emerging, intangible, or unprecedented considerations
Make strategic product decisions grounded in a strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures, and regulatory or compliance requirements
Lead product discovery efforts to deeply understand customer and business problems, and partner with product teams to define and refine optimal solutions
Drive product strategies and lead product teams to meet delivery commitments and launch new initiatives
Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing strategic priorities, customer value, and delivery readiness
Collaborate and consult strategically with peers, colleagues, and mid to seniorlevel leaders to resolve issues, align priorities, and achieve shared goals
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong financial services product expertise, with direct experience leading complex, technologyenabled products
Experience applying humancentered design principles to deliver intuitive, customerfocused solutions
Proven risk management leadership, with the ability to balance innovation, controls, and regulatory considerations
Demonstrated strength in dependency management, navigating crossteam and enterpriselevel interdependencies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present effectively at all levels, including senior executive leadership
Ability to drive and lead organizational change in a fastpaced, evolving environment
Strong capability to operate and influence within a matrixed organization, building trusted partnerships across functions and seniority levels
Comfort working in ambiguous environments, facilitating discussion, evaluating tradeoffs, and leading teams toward optimal solutions
Recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert, both internally and externally
Proactive, innovative, and creative mindset focused on meeting customer needs and advancing enterprise objectives
Experience with Agile practices and frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
